2024 Second Annual Concerto Competition

Thank you for entering The Santa Fe Symphony Orchestra & Chorus’ Second Annual Concerto Competition. March 1, 2024 is the deadline for all video applications. May 31, 2024 is the live competition date for all final in-person rounds. Good luck!
  • Junior Division is open to applicants grades 9 through 12 who are currently in high school. Please choose (1) movement of a standard repertoire selection. Transcriptions for alternate instruments are allowed.

  • Senior Division is open to instrumentalists 18 to 22 years of age in high school or college. Please select one (1) standard repertoire selection—no more than 10 minutes in length. Transcriptions for alternate instruments are allowed.

  • Please upload a public (listed or unlisted) audition video to YouTube, and share the YouTube url of your performance in box above. Junior Division videos should be 5 to 7 minutes in length. Senior Division videos can be up to 10 minutes in length.

    NOTE: Soloist and instrument should be fully in the frame throughout the performance. Many tutorials are available for uploading YouTube videos, such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtF2AgFSLAw
