The Symphony has a great opportunity for anyone interested in volunteering. We have a variety of opportunities throughout the year, from monthly concert preparations during the season to special events. We’re looking for new volunteers, as well as hoping to reconnect with those of you who may have volunteered in the past. All are welcome!

Our amazing Music Education Committee is also seeking individuals to help carry all of its exciting endeavors this season. If you would like to assist with community events or have interest in joining our Music Education Committee, contact Callie O’Buckley Kent, Director of Education and Community, at ckent@santafesymphony.org

Below are just a few examples of our volunteer projects.

Our amazing volunteers:

  • Assist at the will-call ticket table at our Lensic concerts
  • Deliver concierge cards to approximately 18 hotels across downtown Santa Fe for each concert. It can be a two-person operation—one drives and one delivers!
  • Work at fundraising events by helping at the silent and live auctions, assisting at checkin and checkout, and setting up in advance of the event
  • Usher the free concerts at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi
  • Deliver fliers to churches around Santa Fe, helping us promote The Symphony’s annual Messiah performances and other choral concerts
  • Help in the office with mailings for Symphony events

Thank you!

Let’s connect and review what your interests and talents might be. With the help of our incredible volunteers, each year our events are better than the year before!
