Caleb Heaton teaches choir at Santa Fe High School and is the team leader of the choral program in the Santa Fe Public Schools. He has a Bachelor of Music from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. At Concordia College, he toured Germany and the Southwestern United states with the internationally acclaimed Concordia Choir. After graduating in 2017, he moved down to Santa Fe and started his formal teaching career at Ortiz Middle School.  His baritone voice has been featured many times in the last couple years by Tri- M productions and the Santa Fe Symphony Chorus. Caleb has been nominated twice  as ‘New and Up-and-Coming Teacher of the Year by the North Central New Mexico Music Educator’s Association (NCNMMEA). Caleb is an active member of NMACDA, ACDA, and NAfME. He is also the Vice President of NCNMMEA choirs.
