We’re playing our part! The Santa Fe Symphony’s Senior Serenades bring the beauty of live classical music directly to residents of senior communities, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and those in memory care. These concerts provide musical enjoyment, encourage social engagement, and lift the spirits of seniors who may feel isolated, or miss the outings to musical performances that they once experienced on a regular basis.
Through Senior Serenades, our Symphony Chamber Ensembles take the music to their doors! We serenade them with music and love during informal concerts—presenting a variety of music for residents at these facilities as well as their staff.
Some assisted living and memory care residents are enjoying an active senior lifestyle while others receive ongoing day-to-day care and assistance. But ALL of us, the young and the young at heart, are united by music. We are happy to play that role.

Our Senior Serenades are just one more reason to support The Santa Fe Symphony’s variety of Community & Education programs.
