The Foundation for The Santa Fe Symphony plays an important role in enabling The Symphony to present the amazing concerts you’ll hear this season. The Foundation’s main purpose is to prudently manage and invest The Symphony’ s Endowment funds, helping to ensure the long-term viability of one of Santa Fe’s important cultural treasures. Over the past 19 years, the Endowment has reached $2.7 million, and distributions from these invested assets provide, on average, more than 10% of The Symphony’s annual operating budget. Although the entire Symphony family is proud of this achievement, we at The Foundation would like to do better and know we can.
To those of you who have supported The Foundation in the past or are doing so currently, we extend our heartfelt thanks. You’ll see a list of these dedicated contributors in The Symphony’s Program Book. To those of you who haven’t yet contributed to The Foundation, you too can join the list of loyal friends and supporters committed to safeguarding The Symphony’s continued success for many, many years to come. Whether you include The Foundation in your estate plans and become a member of our Ovation Society, endow a named orchestral chair, permanently fund a music mentor in the Santa Fe Public Schools, or choose any of the other ways to give to the Endowment, we greatly appreciate your help in fulfilling our mission to sustain the growth and ensure the future of The Santa Fe Symphony Orchestra & Chorus.
Donors to The Foundation will be acknowledged in The Symphony’s Program Book in perpetuity. Please contact Foundation Administrator Carmella Scorcia at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Together we can make it all happen!
